[CAP] Presidential CAP questiion

Hi,
	Getting back to my understanding of the original question.  Are there any examples of a Presidential alert in CAP format, or any other format for that matter?  To my knowledge there has never been an official Presidential alert issued through the EAS system.  However I imagine there must be some test alerts floating around out there, probably not in CAP format, but if anyone has the text of one, please forward it to the list.
	As for a CAP example of such a message, several key parts of the message cannot be defined right now.  The infrastructure has not yet been developed.  Chief amoung these is the encryption or digital signature that every receiver would use to ensure the integrity/security of the system.  So providing an example that you could take to the bank won't work, you'll have to create your own approximation for now.
